- All parcels will be processed by Singpost.
- As our parcels are usually small, Singpost will deliver all small parcels into the letterbox (regardless trackable or non-trackable). Thus, we highly recommend customers that have purchased from us to clear their letterbox regularly.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

- We highly recommend customers to opt for trackable options.
FAILURE OF DELIVERY
- Should we receive a bounced parcel that is undelivered via SingPost for the following reasons: - Moved - No such name/company - Incorrect/ Insufficient address - Refused - Letterbox full Minimalyst Label will not be liable for the re-mailing fee.
- Customer is responsible for the re-mailing fee and the first-time mailing fee is non-refundable.
