  • All our parcels will be delivered and handled by Singpost.
  • Complimentary Singpost Smartpac Mini or Lite mailing for single purchase above $39.90 (Domestic only).
  • Pop-up store collection available at cart out page (temporarily unavailable).

PAYMENT METHODS

Minimalyst Label accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express): This allows you to save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Bank deposits (ATM bank transfer and Internet banking)
  • Paylah! / Paynow
  • Grabpay: Earn Grab points while you shop with us.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
DAMAGE/ EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS
  • We do not provide return services at the moment. Please ensure all product(s) purchased are correct.
  • We only provide exchange for factory defect within 14 days of their original shipment date. Take a clear picture of the defected item and email us at hello@minimalystlabel.co. Kindly provide a brief description of the defect. After-sales email will require 1-2 working days to revert.
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable and refundable unless items are received with factory defect.
  • Should there be any case of product out-of-stock, full refund will be provided. Refund will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. 
  • Please note that 925 Silver Studs are malleable in nature. If accidentally bent, lightly bend it with your fingers to straighten it. Dented 925 Silver Studs are not considered as defects. Hence, non-refundable / non-exchangeable. We seek for your kind understanding.

 

HYGIENE MEASURES
    • Be rest assured that all products will be thoroughly sanitised before being dispatched.
    • It is also advisable for customers to sanitise all products before wearing it on. [Alcohol pads are provided for sanitisation in the CARE PACK]
    • In case of pop-ups, no trying of earrings will be allowed.
