HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY ACCESSORIES?

We specially source all our products ensuring they are of top notch quality. Note that all our products listed are fashion accessories. 1) Do refrain them from touching water and perfumes as much as possible. 2) When not in use, keep them individually in airtight container away from sunlight. Store in cool, dry atmosphere. 3) Avoid stacking of accessories to prevent denting, scratching and tangling. 4) Use a soft cloth to wipe your accessories frequently.

All orders should include a care pack of:

1 x polishing cloth

2 x alcohol pad

1 x set of extra backings [for earrings]

1 x care card to direct you here

 

CARE TIPS:
  • Use the polishing cloth to clean the 925S studs as they oxidise overtime. [Oxidisation of studs is natural phenomenon]
  • Use the alcohol pad to sterilise before wearing. [For hygiene purposes, it is advisable to sterilise your accessories occasionally]
  • Extra earring backings to be given for every earrings order. [Extras include both rubber and metallic]

 

GENERAL ENQUIRIES

  • How long is the order processing time?

We will verify your order and payment within 24hours, an order confirmation email be sent to you. Order parcel will be mailed 1-2 working days after order has been confirmed. 

  • Is self-collection available?

Yes, select self-collection option during check out. Do note that same-day self-collection is not available. Please make your order 1 day before desired collection date. Text confirmation will be sent and to be presented for self-collection.

UPDATE: self-collection is on hold till further notice due to COVID-19 outbreak.

  • What if I can't make payment within the given timeframe for Paylah! / Paynow & Bank Transfer / Internet Banking only?

Do note that payment has to be in within 24hours after order confirmation email has been sent. Orders failure to adhere to given timeframe will be cancelled within given prior notice.

  • I transferred by the ATM but there's no receipt.

Receipt with transaction reference must be provided for bank transfers via ATM for our verification of your payment. Please call the bank for further assistance: DBS 1800-111-1111 | OCBC 1800-363-3333 | UOB 1800-22-66-121.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

  • Cash on delivery: Only for purchases on pop-up stores.
  • Manual payment (Bank transfer): Picture of ATM receipt has to be provided after payment.
  • Manual payment (Internet Banking): Screenshot of payment successful page has to be provided after payment. Interbank transfer have to be under FAST option. 
  • Paylah! / Paynow: To +65 98457793 or UEN 53378017M
  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Visa.
  • A Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
  • Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.
  • [Newly added on 31/08/20] Grabpay: Fuss-free & earn points while you shop. Secured by OTP. Make sure to top-up before carting out.
